Newly developed 12V Aluminum LED Rigid Strip for illumination replacement
Thursday, July 29th, 2010KinLumens Ltd has recently developed a new 12V Aluminum LED Rigid Strip for indoor and outdoor applications. It adpots Superbrightness Epistar 5630 SMD LEDs, and with the advanced SMT Technology, it greatly reduces the chance of bad welding caused by manual. To achieve a best quality of heat emission, it uses Thermal Conductive Gel to closely bond the Aluminum body with the Aluminum PCB/MCPCB (UL Listed) where the LEDs are soldered, which significantly guarantee its lifespan as long as 35,000hrs.
1. It has 2 standard different Lengths. One is 500mm (Default) and the other is 1000mm.
2. For indoor use, it will be equiped with PVC Transparent dust cover. (IP20). Turn to the outdoor application, the surface of MCPCB togeth with the LEDs will be evenly poured with a water-resistant silicone.(IP68)
3. Each end of the strip comes with a waterproof 5.5mm DC connector for the series connection with one another.
4. With the accessories, it can be either adjustable by 90° horizontally or fixed onto any smooth surface.
5. Used in Cabinet, Undercabinet, Bookshell, Cupboard, Showcase, Ceiling, Bathroom, Eaves, Landscape, Light boxes and etc.
