Gemäß dem seit April 2010 veröffentlichten SQ P2 / igvw Standard sind für unbestimmte Lastsysteme in Verbindung mit Elektrokettenzügen Lastmesseinrichtungen erforderlich, wenn die Gefahr der Überlastung einzelner Komponenten des Lastsystems oder der Anschlagpunkte besteht.
Als statisch unbestimmte Lastsysteme gelten z.B.:
• Streckenlasten an mehr als zwei Elektrokettenzügen
• Flächenlasten an mehr als drei Elektrokettenzügen
• geführte Lasten (z. B. Towersystemen)
Movecat bietet mit den LMS-M Lastmesssystemen mobile und flexible Lösungen an, die sich sowohl als eigenständige Lastmesssyteme zum Überwachen einzelner Punkte oder Antriebe, als auch in Verbindung mit den MPC I-Serien Controllern im direkten Zusammenspiel mit den Kettenzugcontrollern als erweiterte Sicherheitslösung einsetzen lassen.

LMS-M mobiles Lastmesssystem
Gemäß BGV D8, C1 und SQP2 / igvw für Bewegungen SIL 1 bis SIL 3 / EN 61508 (nach Ausstattung)
Das Movecat LMS-M Lastmesssystem wurde als Ergänzung zu den D8- / D8 Plus- und C1-Kettenzügen entwickelt. Immer dann, wenn es darum geht, die effektive Last an Kettenzügen, Hängepunkten oder sonstigen Antrieben und Belastungspunkten zu messen und zu überwachen, findet es seinen Einsatz. Als flexibles Zusatztool entwickelt, kann es einfach an beliebiger Stelle in den Last- oder Kraftstrang eingehängt werden, ermittelt dann in Echtzeit volldynamisch die effektiven Zugkräfte und sendet diese an die Controllereinheit zur Auswertung und Weiterverarbeitung. Die Auslegung des Messbereichs erfolgt so, dass immer die volle Nennlast zzgl. Sicherheiten für das Eigengewicht des Kettenzugs und eventuelle Überlastzustände ausgewertet werden können. Mit dem integrierten Kalibrier- und Prüfsystem entspricht es sogar den Anforderungen der SIL 3 / EN 61508 (in Abhängigkeit der Controllerkonfiguration).

LMS LRC1, Load Remote Controller
Der mobile Handcontroller LMS LRC1 dient der Aufnahme, Umrechnung, Skalierung und Darstellung von Messsignalen aus den Movecat LMS Lastsensoren.
Durch die kompakte Ausführung und den Akkubetrieb bietet sich dieses Gerät für mobile Anwendungen an, wenn an einzelnen Punkten temporär die realen Lasten oder auch reine Anhängelasten ermittelt werden sollen. Der Controller kann auch für Langzeitmessungen in Verbindung mit einem PC eingesetzt werden.

Der aktuelle Branchenstandard in Sachen Kinetiksteuerung. Einfachste Bedienung auf bisher nicht erreichtem Funktions- und Sicherheitsniveau, keine Zusatzgeräte notwendig – einfach Plug and Drive. Alle Parameter speicher- und abrufbar, modularer Aufbau, erweiterbar um Positionierungs-, Lastmess- und Zusatzfunktionen.
Intelligenter, programmierbarer 4-Kanal Kettenzugcontroller für Direktsteuer-Drehstromantrieb gemäß BGV D8 und D8 Plus SQ P2 / igvw in modularer Bauweise. Die integrierten Betriebs- und Sicherheitsprozessoren überwachen alle Funktionen, wobei die generelle Auswertung aller sicherheitsrelevanten Parameter inkl. aller Fahrzustände in einer übergeordneten Sicherheitskette ausgeführt sind. Ein Betriebsfehler führt somit in jedem Fall zum Stillstand des Systems. Alle für den Betrieb von vier Zügen erforderlichen Schaltschütze und Sicherheitsschaltungen sind integriert.
Mit dem eingebauten LMS Kit können für alle vier Kanäle separat sowohl die realen Lasten ermittelt und abgelesen als auch individuell Über- und Unterlastwerte programmiert und überwacht werden. Und dies sogar unter Berücksichtigung der Eigengewichte des Antriebs bei Kletterbetriebanwendungen. Die Über- bzw. Unterschreitung der zu überwachenden Werte sorgt für eine Abschaltung aller verbundenden Antriebe und Controller.
Der MPC 4ID8-I kann auch als reiner Lastmesscontroller für die Überwachung von Hängepunkten oder sonstigen Anwendungen eingesetzt und in das Movecat M-Link System integriert werden.
Der MPC 4ID8-I Controller empfiehlt sich daher für alle professionellen Anwendungen für bestimmte und vor allem unbestimmte Lastfälle und er erfüllt alle Anforderungen des SQ P2 / igvw Standards. |
